1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "max47" or "the Company" refers to max47, the operator of the website accessible at https://max47.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and platform services.
• "Platform" means the max47 website, mobile interface, and all digital services provided thereunder, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and account management features.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the max47 Platform and is eligible to access gambling services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on the max47 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using the Platform is illegal under applicable local law.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the max47 Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the max47 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. max47 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by max47 or any affiliated gaming operator.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of max47 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming content providers.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to your place of residence.

3 Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming services offered by max47, you must create a Player Account. The following conditions govern the registration process:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the max47 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. In cases where duplicate accounts are detected, max47 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. max47 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. max47 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You should notify max47 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 One Player, One Account

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to use, access, or manage your Account on your behalf. Accounts used in a manner that suggests collective or syndicated betting may be suspended pending investigation.

4 KYC Verification

max47 is required under international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear photograph or certified scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), passport, or valid driver's license.
• Proof of Address: A recent document (dated within the last 3 months) confirming your residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, confirming that you are the person named on the document.
• Payment Method Verification: In certain cases, max47 may request evidence that you are the registered holder of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits or withdrawals.

Document review is completed within 1–24 hours of submission. Deposits are permitted before KYC completion; however, all withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. max47 reserves the right to freeze a Player's Account and suspend withdrawal processing pending the outcome of a KYC review.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

max47 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• Digital e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account status. High-volume depositors may be required to complete enhanced KYC before large transactions are processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours following successful KYC verification. max47 does not guarantee same-day processing for requests submitted outside of banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Off-peak and weekend withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name.

5.4 Fees

max47 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are beyond max47's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their financial institutions.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). max47 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion by third-party payment providers is the sole responsibility of the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

max47 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and over who have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• A maximum of one (1) welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device or IP address.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a 10x wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses expire within 7 calendar days of being credited to a Player's Account, unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotion's terms.
• max47 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk combination bets to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion, or exploiting system errors — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on the max47 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. max47 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed by Players who are suspected of exploiting pricing errors or using prohibited betting strategies.
• In the event of a system error that displays incorrect odds, max47 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to live odds that update in real time. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform displays a confirmation message. Any bets placed during communication delays may be voided.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a payout to occur. If one leg of a parlay is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), the parlay will be recalculated with the remaining legs.
• If a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours, all pre-match bets on that fixture will be voided and stakes returned.
• max47 uses official match statistics and final scores from recognized governing bodies (FIFA, AFF, FA, RFEF, FIGC, DFB, UEFA) to settle bets. Any score disputes must be raised within 72 hours of match completion.

8 Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on the max47 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual table games — operate under the following conditions:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning in a licensed studio environment monitored by Evolution Gaming.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout for each game. Individual session results may differ significantly from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded on the live dealer server, which takes precedence over any client-side data.
• max47 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side during live casino sessions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Th e following activities are strictly prohibited on the max47 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with max47 support.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether in sports odds or casino game mechanics — for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profits at the expense of the Platform or other users.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions through VPNs or proxy services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing max47 support staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, odds data, or intellectual property from the max47 Platform without prior written authorization.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the max47 Platform — including but not limited to the max47 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, icons, data feeds, odds compilations, software code, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of max47 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorized use of max47 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, max47, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance, server downtime, or technical failures beyond max47's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay) operating outside of max47's control.
• Any inaccuracy in live sports data, scores, or statistics provided by third-party data suppliers used for bet settlement purposes.
• Gambling losses incurred by Players who access the Platform in breach of these Terms, including minors who falsify their age or Players accessing from restricted jurisdictions.

In all cases, max47's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your max47 Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after satisfying any outstanding wagering requirements and completing identity verification. Accounts with active self-exclusion restrictions may be subject to a cooling-off period before closure is processed.

12.2 Termination by max47

max47 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• max47 suspects the Account is involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as outlined in Clause 9.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require max47 to cease providing services to the Player.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violation, max47 reserves the right to withhold any balance, void pending bets, and retain bonus funds without compensation to the Player.

13 Governing Law

max47 operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognized offshore regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which max47 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the max47 Platform complies with the laws of their country or territory of residence. max47 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction, including Indonesia.

Any dispute arising between a Player and max47 shall first be addressed through direct negotiation with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the governing regulatory authority. Players waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings against max47.

14 Amendments

max47 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may be implemented without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
